<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">INGREDIENTS</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>1 whole chicken or chicken pieces.</strong></p>
<p><strong>1 ONION</strong></p>
<p><strong>3 Med. Tomatoes</strong></p>
<p><strong>1 Tblsp. Ginger + garlic</strong></p>
<p><strong>6 Cardamon.</strong></p>
<p><strong>6 Cloves.</strong></p>
<p><strong>3 Stick Cinnammon.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2 Star Aniseed.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Salt</strong></p>
<p><strong>Curry leaves</strong></p>
<p><strong>Dhania</strong></p>
<p><strong>Curry powder to specific taste</strong></p>
<p><strong>3-4 Potatoes cut into halves</strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">METHOD</span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Cut chicken into pieces +wash + drain  thoroughly</strong></p>
<p><strong>Add cardamon,cloves, stick cinnamon and aniseed to hot oil</strong></p>
<p><strong>Add onion and braise until golden brown – Add curry powder </strong></p>
<p><strong>Add grated tomato, curry leaves, salt, ginger and garlic</strong></p>
<p><strong>Simmer until gravy thickens for a few min</strong></p>
<p><strong>Add well drained chicken</strong></p>
<p><strong>Cook on high temp for about 2 min, then add potatoes and lower heat to medium heat</strong></p>
<p><strong>Curry is cooked when potatoes are soft</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sprinkle dhania before serving!</strong></p>
